This policy explains how Duboff Locksmith Services, LLC ("Duboff Locksmith," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through dubofflocks.com and when you call, text or email us. Duboff Locksmith is a mobile locksmith business based in San Tan Valley, Arizona, owned by Scott Duboff.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, call, text or email, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service address where you need work done
- Details about the job, such as what's locked, the type of lock, or your business name and property type
- Whether we may text you about your request
- For lockouts, the ID or proof of residence or ownership Scott checks before opening a home, business, car or safe. Scott looks at it to confirm you're authorized; we don't keep a copy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking codes in the web address (for example UTM codes or a Google Ads click ID), our forms record those codes so we know how you found us.
Third-party content. Some pages include a Google map, and the site uses fonts served by Google. When those load, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. We don't use advertising cookies of our own.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, and follow up afterward
- To send quotes, invoices and receipts
- To text or call you about your job, if you said we could
- To ask about your experience and invite you to leave a review
- To send occasional emails, which you can stop at any time
- To keep business, tax and warranty records
- To protect our customers and our business, including confirming that the person requesting a lockout is authorized
Text messages
If you choose "Yes, text me" on our service form, or text us first, we'll send texts about your request, such as appointment confirmations, arrival updates, quotes and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of getting service.
We don't sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text consent and phone numbers collected for texting are never shared except with the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging software, website hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect someone's safety.
- If the business is sold or reorganized, in which case the new owner would follow this policy for the information it receives.
How long we keep it
We keep job and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or visit email preferences.
- Access, correction or deletion: call (813) 712-0832 or email Dubofflocks@gmail.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records for legal or tax reasons.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and secure (HTTPS) connections for our website and forms. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send ID images, card numbers or other sensitive details through the website forms.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
