- Ask for the price on your job when you call. After-hours work, extra locks and high-security locks are always call for pricing, wherever you are.
- Have your ID ready. Before he opens a home, Scott asks for ID or proof that you live there. For a car, he opens the car but doesn't make or program car keys.
